Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of the heart. In order to obtain the claimed e ect, ca eine should be consumed at doses of 3 mg/kg body weight one hour prior to exercise.
DIRECTIONS
Mix one serving (22,5 grams) of IsoHydro + Caff to 300 ml water. Use it once per day, before and during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluid and electrolytes.
